Typhoon in the Philippines

The typhoon in the Philippines was very bad. It destroyed most of the south region of the country. There was a death toll of over 10,000 people. It was very sad and devastating. Since Philippines is my hometown, I personally would like to go home and help some people. The damage that the typhoon did was terrible. I wish I could be there to help people in times like this.

  1. What is the purpose of this Wiki? To inform people about disruptive technology in the classroom

  3. How was this Wiki created? Students or teachers or other people collaborated to edit the blog.
  4. What would you add to it? We would add cell phones. 
  5. What did you learn from it? We learned that the Smart Board was considered a disruptive technology.
  6. If you had to create a Wiki with a team, what would be the specific topic (s)? We would talk about basketball games in the NBA. Who won, who lost, or what are their stats.
  7. How can Wikis be used in the classroom or in education? When a teacher or student wants to learn something little like a date or birthplace, they can use a wiki.
